The Hampton Roads Sports Hall of Fame, presents two local student-athletes (one male and one female) with a $2,000 scholarship.
Recipients will meet the following criteria:
- Athletes must compete in a high school sport
- Recipients will have an active or retired military member in their immediate family
- The students will be attending college in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Student-athletes must not be receiving a full athletic scholarship
