The Hampton Roads Sports Hall of Fame presents two local student-athletes — one male and one female — with a $2,000 scholarship each year.

Eligibility

Recipients will meet the following criteria

✓Athletes must compete in a high school sport

✓Recipients will have an active or retired military member in their immediate family

✓The students will be attending college in the Commonwealth of Virginia

✓Student-athletes must not be receiving a full athletic scholarship
